Darian Percy

Darian is a Registered Building Consultant and is a Member of the Master Builders Association, the Australian Institute of Architects and the Australian Society of Building Consultants.

Darian has been building and designing residential, commercial and industrial projects for the past 25 years. He has won a number of awards and was finalist for HIA (NSW) Home Builder of the Year and Home Renovator of the Year.

Working in the Building Industry means that Darian has knowledge, techniques and experience that is up to the minute. This expertise flows directly into his Expert Reports.

Darian holds a Bachelor of Building, an Associate Diploma of Applied Science (Arch Drafting) and Statements of Attainment in Applying Building Codes and Standards to the construction process for low rise projects and Writing Complex Documents. He has also completed an Expert Witness Course with UNSW Global Unisearch.
