Neil established Monteith Building Consulting Services in 1985 which specialises in building related problems in strata, residential and commercial buildings.
With a background in the building industry as carpenter and joiner and building contractor of commercial and residential buildings and complex remedial works, provides a wealth of experience from which to draw from.
Promoting professionalism of Building Consultants and continuing the high standards set by the ASBC is Neil’s passion.
